Pros

The atmosphere and the other employees are great. They seem to really care about you. They're also great with the community volunteering their time to help out. Free coffee and a lot of room for career growth. They also offer a pension which is fantastic! I don't have to worry about working till I'm 90 years old.

Cons

I haven't found any cons yet. Only thing I would like to see is low of a casual wear. We don't see customers so it would be great if we can be more relaxed in attire. Having a gym in the facility would be awesome as well.

Pros

Raise/bonus every year, great company culture, they tend to hire good people, and depending on the office there is upward mobility (The Denver office has mobility, the Gainesville office has rarely any).

Cons

insurance work can be monotonous and dealing with customers is a pain, lower pay compared to other insurance companies,
