Pros

Treated employees well but that's about it

Cons

Spiraling out of control. No sense of direction. Company has no direction for the future and it will soon cost them substantially.

Do not work here

Pros

Employees are trained well for their roles and educated about the company culture.

Cons

Everything else. Managers are not receptive to input. The work environment is hostile and cut throat. The workload is unreasonable, and there's a disconnect between the metrics and the reality on the ground. Lots of employees here suffer from sever anxiety and depression because of how poorly they are treated.
