Meet lots of people. Pay is pretty good. Professional people. You can work 9 to 5 (although that could hurt you and not get you raises). It all depends what department you find yourself in is what I hear.

Cons

Structure is getting overburdened and it can be difficult to relate to management. Competition is getting heavier and heavier. There are getting more and more layoffs.

The best office culture you will find - Everyone is a joy to work with, and the approach to work is merit based and very laid back. I've never had an interpersonal problem and team members are always a joy to work with. Additionally, there is a lot of room to step up to the plate if you're a motivated employee. Management is always keeping an eye out for those who like to take on more responsibility.

Cons

Job roles can sometimes be less defined than you would like. Compensation is lower than you might get on the coasts.
