Pros

Ability to move around depending on personal interests, and project availability. Lots of schedule flexibility, makes a big difference with a young family.

Cons

Its a BIG company, they talk Agile, but are very slow with any non trivial change.

Pros

Easy-going and friendly atmosphere. On the job learning is good too.

Cons

Pay is less and they are not e-verified so international students can't get their OPT extended.

Pros

It is a large company and it provides the benefits and security of working for a well established company.

Cons

It is a large company so an individual's effort whether large or small makes minimal impact on the success of the business. Everything moves at a slow pace and it is not very exciting.
