Management, poorly defined job descriptions, no training for new employees, understaffed and under payed, no breaks except 1/2 lunch with no pay, no flex time for hourly employees
Great patients and coworkers, the administration can be disorganized, but people have their hearts in the right place. The community is so welcoming once you have proven that you want to help
