Pros

Most honest company and group of people I’ve worked with in my 15+ years in the supplement industry. Mark LeDoux is even better than advertised. NAI genuinely cares about its people as much as they care about doing things the right way. The best contract manufacturer of dietary supplements bar none.

Cons

The commitment to doing things the right way, and being the best of the best, has a tendency to slow down some key processes. Need to figure out how to get faster without sacrificing the integrity of the process(es).

Learned many skills and many machiniery. Opens up a lot of opportunities for me.

Cons

Horrible culture. Harassment occurred frequently. Blame the people more so than the managers. Managers don’t know what happens and may turn a blind eye to harassment
