The vacation time and pay is reasonable. The company used to be a good place to work, but not anymore

Cons

If you are concerned about quality, don't work here. Management core directive is to make money regardless of the quality of the products they sell. The company is running on an overworked skeleton crew.

Salary is good. Remote work is flexible.

Cons

Company’s strategy is to constantly lay people off while continuing to hire. They don’t respect their employees. Save yourself and don’t get swindled by the high salary offer they will entice you with - it’s not a stable enough company that you can feel secure in your job.
