Pros

Dog friendly offices, free food and snacks.

Cons

Inexperienced leadership across the board that unfortunately placed little trust and investment in their employees. There is no regard for the wellbeing of employees even if they say otherwise. It’s been common to see people get terminated less than 90 days in which is not a lot of time to ramp in a new role, and there are no communications from management when someone is terminated. An employee could be here one day and never show up again for work the next day, leading to a lot of fear in the workplace. Leadership at the top preaches company values but no one demonstrates those values, and unfortunate politics have ended up degrading the company culture. At the end of the day, you feel like a worthless commodity at TripActions, easily thrown away at any time.

Hard working people, genuinely interested to help, collaborate and keep each other accountable (at least when it was 200 people)

Cons

No empathy for workers No work life balance No good leadership except a few people Sucking everything they have from sales people and then firing when having an opportunity

Pros

App has a great UX and there are some real solid people that work there.

Cons

-Chaos of a 50 person startup but they are 2000+. Valuation has gone downhill so a lot of folks options are underwater. -CSM's need to juggle an excess of accounts and sales direction changes daily (ex. product was free for a period then switched back after a week). -Tech is notorious for not being diverse but Navan takes it to another level. Google the CRO and see what pops up. -Shiny app but support is the worst in the industry.
