Pros

The culture and people you work with in the Sydney office are amazing

Cons

- the salary isn't remotely competitive consultants greatly underpaid compared to competitors - barely any communication internally - executives over promise and under deliver. They'll say anything to think they're making the company better, but never follow through - the way clients talk to you is appalling, and nothing gets done about it - lack of recognition - US management needs to be changed as they can't control their staff - lack of training new staff members properly - wrong people get promoted and protected - the way some managers speak to their consultants is completely inappropriate and uncalled for. This also doesn't get looked into at all - Saturdays working in Australia were hell. We were understaffed hugely and are slammed from the second we log in to the second we leave everyday with calls and chats sitting in a huge queue. Bringing this to the attention of the higher ups went nowhere - things promised in interviews were never delivered on and we were never advised why (again, NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION) - 0 accountability for underperforming staff - technology is awful and so glitchy - not paid any additional for weekends

Pros

Not that I can remember… Everyone is just looking for their own advantages.

Cons

People clearly do not matter. If you can live with that, you might be around for longer than some months. But turnover rate is very high, being friends with management will result in promotions rather than skills, asking people to come back to the office (no matter if your team mates are in the same location or not) seems pretty stupid - or a method to make sure people wanna leave … And from what I heard (first hand) - sexual harassment is not taken seriously as long as the person harassing is somewhat more important to the company than the person being harassed. Honestly?

Pros

Honestly? the only one is that there are lots of dogs. The pay is decent - on par (and a little bit lower) than other decent public Israeli companies. There are no raises, however, so that's the case only for the first year.

Cons

Let me begin with the fact that I personally don't know a single happy employee in the Israeli site. I'm not even joking. I've never seen such a churn rate. Its a known joke in the company - you don't know who is gonna disappear next. Interpersonal cons: * Absolute and complete toxic management. Choose any toxic aspect you want and its there! micromanagement, endless hours and no work life balance, arrogance, gaslighting and whatnot. * There's no celebrating success - other companies have weekly happy hours which are more fancy than this company's IPO celebration. * You can't really connect to anyone because they're always leaving. * The company announced they'll embrace yearly layoffs like they do in Amazon, so prepare for that! Technical cons: * The majority of the company's codebase is in a single enormous repository that's impossible to maintain or work with. * Security procedures cause developer productivity to be reduced to absolute zero. You can't do anything without endless approvals and engineers knowingly skip good practices to overcome this. * Lots of core functionality is written in an extremely fragile and low quality code. * Endless politics which you can't avoid, because you'll have to deal with unbearable developers with political power to do your job. * Teams scattered over the world make you work with other time zones. * The extreme churn causes sources of knowledge to leave, leaving you with piles of code to deal with yourself.
