      Pros

      The co workers were great. When I started the atmosphere was great. Benefits were good.

      Cons

      In 2020 everything changed. Leadership no longer cares about the customer or the employees. Leadership also does not have any Industry knowledge and does not value or appreciate the industry. The work day is 10-12 hrs and weekends. No work life balance at all.

      Very Well Positioned for When Travel Returns

      Pros

      -Amazing workforce, experts in the industry and all great to work with. Genuinely can't think of a single colleague I don't like -By far the best product in this space, no doubt about it. As well positioned as any company in any industry for when things go back to normal -Fun start up environment when in the office

      Cons

      The way the layoffs were handled could have been done better. Upper management hasn't been A+ in analyzing a proper sales strategy for dealing with things while COVID is still in effect but they are trying and open to feedback on what is working. A lot of the reviews I'm seeing are way too harsh though, and under normal circumstances this company was absolutely flying.
