Pros

Some internal business customers are reasonable to work with (Finance for example... good leadership in this group). There are good knowledgeable people sprinkled in but there are bullied and don't have much of a chance.

Cons

C-level and VPs are completely unable to manage up. The CEO is abrasive and drops 'f' bombs regularly, even at ALL Hands. Unrealistic timelines and NO clear prioritization of what work needed to be done. There is nepotism and favoritism towards certain races. The CEO is clearly ego driven and promotes a culture of bullying and hysterical blindness. He thinks he is a 'King'. The CRO and VP of Sales Operations are unseasoned and are changing the Go-To-Market strategy every THREE months.
