      You’ll be surrounded by smart people

      Cons

      There is a complete lack of transparency. People will be let go and no one dares to talk about why. I do believe there is a loss of direction at the top. Certain things that have been done leaves you scratching your head. It’s pure emotion driving decisions. People get promoted who are undeserving (don’t hit quota, aren’t good people leaders) all because they are buddies with their boss. The nail that sticks out gets hammered down. Fall in line or get out.

      Some of the smartest people I have met contagious energy to be around these folks professionally and personally

      Super toxic environment over the last quarter, expectations are unreasonable, continuous downward spiral of bad. Upper management doesn't care about enablement or keeping talented people; seriously screwed over a lot of talented folks

      They promote inexperienced people to management and they have no clue on how to develop, coach or guide their team. People are really petty and it's a popularity contest. If you are not liked they will find a reason to push you out.
