USE TO HAVE PRETTY GOOD BENIFITS

Cons

Management needs to be revamped. Micromanage even with those they have put in place do not have the required skills to be in those positions. Lack of communication between senior management and those down the line. Middle management is too afraid to stand up for employees . They will throw you under the Bus at any moment notice to save Themselves.

Account Executives handle four unique jobs compared to other similar companies: 1. must be a SDR (weekly cold calling activity quotas) 2. must be a Solutions Engineer (all demos - all products) 3. must be a solution/ value based AE (the job) 4. must ensure Implementation is smooth and customer is launched
