      They care more about making money than they do about their employees or client mental health. They will burn you out while asking you to neglect client needs.

      Pros

      I worked in the CLIP program so I was with the older kids. The job could be stressful at times, but you're able to develop good rapport and a good relationship with the youth you work with. My co-workers at the time were also lovely.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult, emotionally draining. Some weird rules, like no playing music for the kids? Management was open to suggestions though.
