      Pros

      Diverse group of kids. Great entry level psych job to get experience and your foot in the door. Some fun and engaging outings and therapy groups. Longterm inpatient really lets you form positive(or negative!) rapport with the clients. Beautiful campus.

      Cons

      Disorganized management. Coworker squabbling common. Injuries at work are frequent. Workplace violence is high. Secondhand trauma and compassion fatigue lead to quick burnout. High turnover rate of staff and mismanaged willynilly callout system, leads to many staff calling out frequently with no disciplinary action and shortstaffed shifts often with no backup support. Extremely high stress.
