      There are a ton of opportunities for overtime. Good benefits

      Given that there are a ton of opportunities for overtime, the units are extremely short staffed. The units are way to acute for the staff we have and extremely poorly managed. Coworkers are burnt out and start drama from everything. The job is way too dangerous. You could make more money working elsewhere and not be assaulted by patients.
