Pros

Company is flexible with personal needs if you’re a person of the executives culture.

Cons

I found that the Management team is not of a diverse culture of most. Minority individuals are overlooked unless you’re of the LGBT culture and a family member. Pay is not good with the amount of work. Does a lot of corner cuts to keep grants. Dishonest to county agencies that fund the projects. Very top heavy and don’t find funding for line staff so that the work is done properly. Management lives together and also married to one of the members that is brought in with no experience and blindly placed into an executive role. Also supervised by the spouse. Not a place for a person that wants to service the community.

Pros

Some hybrid work IF you can meet billable hours

Cons

- unattainable goals for therapists' billable hours ( really focuses on making money for Multicare because they're so in the red) - leadership can be erratic - lack of leadership and support - TERRIBLE healthcare coverage that was recently downgraded to cut costs - oppressive and racist experiences with leadership - HR complaints about clear violations go uninvestigated and ignored - terrible compensation for therapists on average 50-65k
