      Pros

      generous PTO. Great mission if you want to work at non-profit.

      Cons

      pay is A LOT LESS (about 20% to 30% less) than other places. Retirement benefit is pathetic.

      Pros

      They have plenty training access for employees( both online and workshop), and advance resources due to such a big agency.

      Cons

      Corrupt management, unprofessional managers without licenses, profession ethics ( unbounded with any licensing board). Most managers are with this agency for over 20 years, know everybody, goes no where.

      If you want to be part of an organization making difference in the lives of vulnerable people, I recommend Navos as a rewarding place to work.

      Some employees have been at this organization too long and some are in jobs that are over their heads. Continue to make diversity a priority!
