      Pros

      Victor Place was a great supervisor--gave you plenty of support, but also allowed you to be independent and creative. Lots of paid time off.

      Cons

      No real chance to advance your career, pay was pretty low.

      Pros

      Most of the line staff are great, co-workers are generally easy to work with. Time off benefits are good. Some direct supervisors are great.

      Cons

      Upper management claims to promote transparency, but this is simply not true. There are way too many upper management, and their roles are often unclear.
