Pros

You get to shop there & meet some great people

Cons

You meet some bad people. Management is not knowledgable & the wrong people get promoted cause they stay on they're knees in more ways than 1

Pros

Only pros would be if you have benefits. That is the only redeeming quality. Underpaid employees are very nice. Management has a lot to learn, period.

Cons

Management can be very unprofessional, very condescending. Pay is the worst for a sales associate that I have ever seen. They are not concerned about helping employees advance unless you know someone. I have seen upper management yelling at managers on the sales floor. They will write employees up for petty things, just for the sheer joy of writing you up. Very unprofessional work ethic for management. Would not recommend unless you are desperate and even then it is hard to get hired for 7.50 an hour.
