Pros

It was an easy commute and you met a lot of people. Being on a military base gave you a sense of pride to help those who fight for our freedom

Cons

Management was very one sided. They talked about diversity everyday but that's just it. It was just talk. Awards and Advancement was given to the same people or management pets.

They had great benefits. They often hired for other positions within the company. You have opportunities to travel to other Nexcom sites.

Cons

Management with in the IT department was often times unprofessional. They would sometimes make the job a lot harder than it had to be.

The Benefits, Salary, Retirement, and the Associates, make you feel like your family. They really care about each other and it shows. As for upper management, that's a different story.
