Cons

ABYSMAL PAY!!!!!!! (8 years in the company and still can't get an apartment at full time) Terrible management Corporate destroyed this business. They take from associates to pad their pockets Micromanagement is awful Unsafe work environment (broken AC, mold, pests, etc)

Pay compared to the work you do. Communication between departments, supervisors and managers. Middle school antics between associates.

Cons

Directors and administration don't value anything but the almighty dollar. Managers and employees are not valued for anything they bring to the table.
