      Work-life balance is ok Decent perks and amenities Likely won't get laid-off without cause Solid company relative to industry

      Pay has significantly lagged inflation Internal employees are not valued Slow to address issues or address employee concerns Overemphasis on "celebrate you points" "wellness reward points" and complete disregard for recognition through pay/promotion Typical "pizza party" corporate culture Priority on bringing in unqualified external hires over developing internal employees
