NFCU strives to provide excellent service to not only it's Members but also strives to nurture and retain tenured employees. They are focused on improving operational resilience and also rewarding employees with a awesome benefits package. These are some of the best perks I've seen in any financial services institution such as affordable medical, paid short & long term disability, 401K, paid pension and annual bonus).
