ZERO feedback for job well done. They only reach out to you if you are doing something someone doesnt like. Branch Managers are blackballed at VP and Senior Leadership levels for trivial items that come down to a difference of opinion. EXTREMLY disapointed how an organization that advocates the importance of leadership DOES NOT reflect it at the mid-senior level. Regional Managers and VP's should be ashamed of themselves.

Managers are micro managers, they are demoralizing, and granular when it comes to how they manage. Managers manage subordinates as if they were still in elementry school. This is across the board, all departements, even in the Tech departments where you'd think someone with Tech skills would know how to do their jobs To many meetings that last hours and hours!
