One of the trainers was extremely arrogant and unemphatic. This trainer would roll their eyes, frown and make faces when team members did not answer correctly. In all my years of working I have never felt disliked or lacked confidence, even while learning, not so this time. Still hoping for the best because the team leaders do seem like they care.

NFCU insists on hiring part-time employees, which not only affects member service when there isn't enough people working, but also makes it very difficult to have a second job (which is needed, if you're supporting yourself) by only working with school schedules, not other employment. Shifts could range from 4 hours to 8 hours, sometimes you get a full lunch and sometimes you don't, and trying to hold down anything outside of work is next to impossible unless you consistently can work after 7 p.m. at your other job.
