      Terrific support...with the right supervisor. I like the support I've been receiving from my current supervisor and team.

      Tough to move up. A lack of continuity in leadership styles.

      -Slow Career Growth starting out, better to come in from a higher up position -Things move slow, projects take years -Like most large companies, you need to shout and make even the smallest things you do KNOWN to upper management
