      Management, no diversity, place full of senior citizens, no career path, highly political, either you need to know someone to go up or be related to a SVP..highly incompetent AVP

      - Locations near military bases are convenient for military families - Little to no pressure to achieve sales goals - Layoffs are unheard of

      Cons

      - Salaries are low, compared to other banks - Tends to hire for management position from outside the company - Many times will hire people without positing positions - Branches have little communication with each other/varying policies - HQ and branches operate differently - Employees discouraged from calling support dept. for complex issues (calls tracked, emails sent, etc.) - HQ support not available the same times branches are open - Exempt employees typically work a lot more than 40 hr/week
