Working from home during COVID was nice

They say you love it or hate it I hated it. My supervisor never liked me and it made my job harder to advance.i tried to stick it out to get better and I ended up quitting and it was the best decision I ever made. It was not worth the month for my mental health

Corporate Greed Rules the Day

Pros

Health care coverage is good, diversity and inclusivity is also good if a bit performative. The buildings and amenities are very nice and comfortable.

Cons

The hybrid policy which was stated to be “here to stay” was a bold faced lie. So desperate this organization is to justify their real estate costs that they are blind to how much productivity a hybrid schedule allows. Disingenuous leadership cutting employee bonuses by 50% for even high performers is a joke. How out of touch they are! It would be hilarious if employees were not having their careers ruined. All this while Navy Fed is making profit hand over fist, even going so far as to get in bed with corrupt politicians to have $90 million lawsuits canceled. What a disappointment for what was once a prestigious institution.
