Pros

The team is generally friendly and supportive. Flexibility with work hours and remote work options. Some opportunities for skill development through on-the-job experience.

Cons

Management often lacks clear direction and effective communication. There have been concerns regarding favoritism and lack of diversity training, leading to an uncomfortable atmosphere. Advancement tends to be based on personal relationships rather than performance or merit, which can hinder fair growth opportunities. The workplace environment can sometimes feel biased, making it difficult for some employees to feel fully included or valued.

Pros

-Excellent People -Very flexible with school/working hours -Very flexible with time off -Allow for remote work during school year -Hybrid schedule (2 days a week in office) while working full time hours -Good training/skills pathway -Insurance and benefits while working full time -Campus is very nice and amenities are top notch -Cafeteria food on campus is excellent and cheaper than most fast food -Excellent job security and options to extend internships through graduate schooling

Cons

-Little to no salary increases after hiring (max 10% a year, which is nothing at $15 an hour) -You need to switch jobs or teams/quit and be rehired to get any substantial raise (over $1 per hour) -Process for intern to salaried employee conversion is very convoluted and not guaranteed. Your team has to budget for you to be hired. Many people have to apply/take jobs on other teams, even if they have worked with the same people for multiple years. -Interns don't get yearly bonus program

Pros

Great Benefits. 7% 401K match. Bankers Hours (9 AM - 5PM) and 16+ paid holidays off. Decent starting pay. Great place to develop skills.

Cons

Monotonous Work. Expected to do extra duties for no additional pay. Deal with a lot of unpleasant customers. Does not have a lot of room for growth. Most leadership are outside hires from other Financial Institutions.
