Once focused on employee empowerment and member service, the only thing NFCU cares about now is profit and "data". Lower management in lending is extremely toxic and operates on the buddy system. Instead of promoting from within the department, they hire from outside. Supervisors cannot even work a basic application and the bulk of all the work is shoved on tenured employees.
