Pros

There are some dedicated and hardworking individuals working here. Plenty of PTO.

Cons

Many employees work very hard but are often overlooked and stretched too thin. Management frequently rolls out new plans and priorities, then changes direction before finishing what was started, which leaves teams confused and frustrated. Because of this, people don’t always feel safe speaking up. Leadership lacks consistency and a clear approach to fixing problems or motivating the sales team. There is also no 401(k) matching program.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We appreciate your recognition of the dedicated individuals who contribute to our organization, as well as your feedback on our PTO program. We recognize that periods of transition can present challenges. Over the past several years, the company has been working to better align its structure, priorities, and operations with evolving business needs and the associations we serve. Improving clarity, alignment, and communication remains an ongoing focus. We regularly review our total rewards offerings based on employee feedback and business considerations. While a 401(k) match is not currently part of our benefits structure, we are proud to offer a strong 401(k) program along with a comprehensive and robust benefits package, and we continue to evaluate our programs to ensure they remain competitive. We value candid feedback and encourage current employees to share input through internal channels so it can be addressed constructively.

Pros

The company talks a big game about values, which sounds great until you see how selectively they're applied.

Cons

The main issue was the blatant double standard in how performance and mistakes were treated. Certain people could miss deadlines or drop the ball with no consequence, while others were scrutinized for tiny slips and treated like problems. That kind of favoritism poisons motivation because effort stops mattering when outcomes depend on who leadership likes. It's hard to respect a workplace that rewards proximity over performance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your perspective. At Naylor, we strive to treat all employees with respect and dignity and apply our standards consistently across the organization. We want to clarify that we follow the same performance review and accountability processes for all employees. There is no evidence of favoritism or double standards that were ever brought to our attention. If concerns arise, we strongly encourage employees to report them to HR so they can be addressed promptly and appropriately. Our commitment to fairness and transparency remains a priority, and we continuously review our practices to ensure they align with these values. Thank you again for your input, and we wish you continued success in your future endeavors.

Pros

My teammates were great, but more than half have left this company.

Cons

Our leadership here has an undesirable attitude. Many of our leaders are arrogant and don’t accept criticism. That’s why our leaders always claim that they’re correct and that the employees are the ones who are wrong. They have zero respect for the employees, and they treat employees poorly but deny that it’s the case.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with your teammates, and we appreciate your honesty regarding areas where you felt we fell short. We take concerns about leadership behavior very seriously. Our goal is to foster a culture of respect, openness, and accountability, and feedback like yours helps us identify where improvements may be needed. While we regret that you felt leadership denied treating employees poorly, we encourage employees to bring concerns directly to HR during their tenure so they can be addressed promptly and appropriately. Over recent years with change to our leadership team, there has been a big focus on making time to meet with individual employees to understand their perspectives and address their concerns. To reinforce our commitment to a respectful workplace, all employees—including leadership—are required to complete Harassment and Discrimination Prevention training. We also provide multiple channels for employees to share feedback and raise concerns confidentially. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we wish you continued success.
