Pros

Many people here are making a lot of money. Sales Floor has a lot of good people.

Cons

Long Tenured Reps are given all the advantages. all accounts of reps that leave are given to them as well as best territories, projects, etc. You can only succeed here if you keep your mouth shut. Environment is EXTREMELY political.

Thank you for providing input to Naylor. We provide all employees with equal opportunity for advancement, and employees who illustrate growth in their position are rewarded with additional opportunities. We emphasize earning, and encourage our employees to earn rewards by offering incentives and goals to meet. All employees are presented with the opportunity to achieve success, but how employees utilize the opportunity for success is employee-based, rather than company-based.

Pros

They make you feel like they truly care and that you will get the hang of things

Cons

Coaches are cocky at times, not helpful, they make goals unattainable and will literally walk up to your desk and tell you to pack up and leave that you are fired. So sad :(

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to read your comments about our sales coaches. We have dedicated sales coaches because we are committed to helping people become successful. We know ours is a challenging sales job, and isn’t a “right fit” for everyone. When we hire people, we are investing in them. We want them to be successful. And even if the job turns out to be not a good fit, we still want people to learn from their experience with us. The last thing we want is for people to think is that our coaches seem cocky. What you have described is definitely not the way we want our coaches to be. Generally we get the opposite comments about them. Also, we would never want someone to walk up to someone’s desk and tell them they are fired. We would expect any sort of conversation regarding performance would always be in a private setting. I would encourage you to please let someone in management know about what you describe. We’ll absolutely address it. Thank you.

Pros

You are in control of some of your earning potential but you should expect to dedicate as much as 10 hours per week generating leads during your first year in the position.

Cons

As a new advertising sales executive, expect to spent a considerable amount of time researching many industries and generating your own leads.
