Naylor.. Aka "Nay-Nay". Still have nightmares.

Pros

Your odds of being the biggest train wreck in the office are slim when compared to most of these people.

Cons

This is one of the biggest shams in Gainesville, Florida. They sell this "work hard play hard" mentality when in reality it's mantra is lie to clients and promote being an awful person. This organization is comprised of people with criminal records that have nowhere else to go, and those who are respectable/have any modicum of self-respect leave within months. You are treated like a number, micromanaged by coaches who do nothing but tape your calls and gossip about you and your colleagues.

Naylor - Not easy, but rewarding

Pros

Naylor gives you every single piece of information to help you succeed. Great training and development thereafter. Do you have a good work ethic? Can you develop a killer sales mentality? Do you have what it takes to admit your faults and be coached? If you do, come to work here.

Cons

This is a SALES organization. You MUST have good work ethic. Laziness does not cut it here. Yes, it can be difficult at times, sales is not an easy role. Its not glamorous either. However, if you are willing to put the effort forth you will reap the rewards.

Pros

Fun work environment, passionate employees, excellent team-oriented atmosphere and flexible work/life balance.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to progress in certain areas and creativity and innovation though welcomed, is often stifled as opposed to embraced. Bonus structure is greatly impacted by team effort as opposed to individual results in some departments.
