Pros

Onboarding System is systematic and well planned. Great benefits. Very frequent HR and manager checkins to ensure you're getting setup as needed.

Cons

Not really a negative but expanding into the US and still filling in departments and processes on the US side.

Pros

The team is powerful from the engineering side; they gathered people who managed to pass five interviews stages, so everyone is brilliant and ready to deliver anything; in the Slack channel, there are no people who understand technical problems and questions; even managers came from development. Also, the exciting part is how we find a task to do - we discuss problems/goals and priorities inside the team, and you can select or push any solution you want; you just need to communicate well.

Cons

From time to time, it is hard to understand what the current goals for the tea; aa lot of team members focus on delivering in a more complex way to get benefits at the end of the quartal ( easy to do solution is more challenging to sell) I still don't know how to get a promotion, but I suppose it is much more complicated than passing the interview better than I did.

A great team with experienced developers who love what they do and are deeply involved.

Cons

Bad communocations with HR department. Mostly Russian employees, which can be confusing for non-Russian speakers during small talk and similar situations.
