You will hear that good is not enough and everyone is expect to go beyond their standards to deliver. The company leadership is also very stuck in the old Russian macho mindset, where the people at top are always better. Important customers and projects are funneled to the top, even if there were people below them much more suited to the task. Managers have massibe egos and any failures will always lead to teams and their leadership biggering about who is at fault. Even customer feedback is labeled as false if it goes against the views of a manager at Nebius. Expect a lot of reasonable requests to different teams to be met with arguments against it.
