Overtime work is a part of the culture, they don't measure goals achievement but how much you suffered while working. No clear working goals agreement. Company says they want to be international but they do nothing to achieve it, non-Russians are discriminated. Managers are bosses and not leaders. The whole system is about you doing what you were told and not think too much. Some teams are overly competitive.

Everything is done in russian. Just hire Russians and not remote people from elsewhere in Europe, UK etc, if you are going to do business in russian. It's very excluding and actually detrimental to work and progression.
