      Good Pay due to union negotiations.

      Terrible Benefits. Inconsiderate Scheduling. 12 hour shifts 6-7 days a week.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and good benefits (health/life insurance, 401k, vacation, sick time, etc).

      Cons

      Under-compensated for work, employees are over-worked and had to stay for overtime close to everyday. Duties and responsibilities not evenly and properly assigned, resulting to one employee doing 5 person's job. Employees do not feel valued or appreciated, bad culture and toxic environment. Employee morale extremely low, HR oblivious thinking that things are getting better, yet employees are leaving left and right.
