      The marketing materials are 'best in class' in the paper industry; both in quality and the frequency in release.

      Cons

      - A higher value should be placed on loyalty to company and those employees inherited in acquisition. - An extremely high amount of administrative responsibilities--'sales prevention'

      Good pay......yeah that's about it. I can't really think of anything else. Pretty sad. Besides that you have to work your butt off to get that money.

      Cons

      They make you fell like you are disposable. They really dont care about the people that work there or the families that they have.
