Pros

Pay and benefits are better than average. Culture is good with stated cultural tenets like "Assume Positive Intent" and a high level of personal accountability i.e. "own it-don't be a victim", and be "Results Driven - Playing to Win" which all resonate with me. Smart people who are passionate about the company with lots of opportunities for moving up in a company which has been extremely profitable in the past 7 years.

Cons

Many of the senior leadership is older and will be retiring in the next 5 years so will lose lots of tribal knowledge but on the other hand, will give younger employees an opportunity for career advancement. Sometimes seems too marketing driven versus operations driven.

Neenah is a Survivor.

Pros

Company seems to have a plan for its continued success. It seems like some of the things that other companies are just doing today, Neenah started doing years ago. I think that the company will be around for quite a while yet.

Cons

More work/life balance. Today's workers do not want to live at work. It does seem that the company is trying to fix this though. Management should spend more time with the people on the floor, and less time in meetings.

Pros

Good pay, generous vacation policy, Holidays and time off. Better benefits at lower than previous employer. Company working to grow the business. Investing in infrastructure and equipment.

Cons

Business has been slow for a few years requiring temporary (1 week) shutdowns, once or twice per year.
