Pros

This is a place that really cares about its employees. If you are motivated and your skills are a good fit, they will invest in training you so that you can experience jobs in other parts of the organization, beyond what you were originally hired for. Many staff are also patients and leave nearby which makes it feel very closeknit, Staff frequently say that their coworkers feel like family.

Cons

Office spaces could use updating.
