Pros

Benefits are good, like the health insurance, but especially great benefits for people trying to work towards their education. They have a partnership with BHCC and EBNHC offers seven free credits per sememter at BHCC plus tuition reimbursement for full time employees.

Cons

Not a lot of growth opportunities, and based on what I have seen so far what seems to get you promotions are how long you've been there, who you know and how great you suck up to your boss. Additionally, you can only apply for one promotion per year and it's frowned upon if you apply for more then one position when you do.

If you are a male, you will do well.

Pros

Dr. James Taylor is an amazing Chief Medical Officer. He is the only senior leader who cares about other employees.

Cons

Mostly males get promoted, especially white males. If the CEO or COO likes you, you are in!
