Pros

There is a great spirit here and it is easy to get behind the mission - so many talented staff working hard to serve the community! The benefit package is great and they provide lots of opportunities to learn and get ahead.

Cons

The pay is not the top of the market but they have been increasing scales.

Pros

Leadership truly cares about providing quality healthcare, organizational culture is great, employee engagement, job security, promotes promoting from within and the professional development of staff, the company works hard to provide annual increases and bonuses to staff, great benefits!

Cons

It is a nonprofit so compensation is not the same as some of the other bigger companies in the area but that is to be expected-comp is competitive though
