Pros

Workplace environment is good not great!!

Cons

They are not good payers with no raise, no bonuses, no commission!! You can’t win with them at all. The HR is very rude and are there to pull you down. They make taking time off so difficult!!

Pros

Great if you love driving. Great Benifits along with separate sick and vacation time. Plenty of over time.

Cons

Front office needs someone with sincere people, compassion skills but not all! Management could be better, more open with listening to the drivers concerns and or issues especially if told repeatedly! action needs to be taken to resolve the problem or issue and not be blown off. Drivers over worked at times Very physical hands on job demanding at times.
