Love the patients and communities we serve. The benefits at health centers are great, something to keep in mind when searching.

Cons

The pay tends to be lower than industry and private sectors, rather than non-profit. However the benefits need to be taken into consideration as a full package.

Cons

Department worked for was severely under staffed. Starting pay for individuals with working knowledge of EPIC software not competitive with other healthcare facilities
