      Management is terrrible

      Pros

      Good benefits, free parking and great culture.

      Cons

      I've been a phlebotomist at EBNHC for more than 5 years, the new management is awful, they are trying to expand the company without having the sources, In order to be able to do this they cut off some benefits like not giving any raises last year and they hired subcontractor agencies. The pharmacy and laboratory employess got laid off and some of them got re-hired by different companies probably to save them some money

      This is a great place to work, with focus on employees and patients. The work is challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      Traffic can be a challenge due to construction, but they offer free parking.
