Everything. The management is horrible. Supervisor seems to favor workers. They over work you with low pay.

Being able to help people who really need it. Great atmosphere, good benefits, and the best coworkers I have ever had.

Cons

Low pay. Most people, like me, end up leaving for a job at a big hospital where the pay is higher.
