Clinicians here are good people who care about their work

Cons

Driving clinicians to cover poor budget planning. Not enough support to staff. Lots of money, time and energy spent on rebranding project. Clinicians with years of experience and commitment to this organization are leaving because of dissatisfaction with senior management and feeling a lack of respect from senior management. Overall decision making is short-sighted and seems uninformed. Things are not being run well.

Close to public transportation bus stop

Cons

Unprofessionalism all around. Higher ups do not see the bigger picture in healthcare, it feels more like a business rather than caring for the individual. Colleagues slack off but no one says anything. Frequent patient complaints because they are unable to get their questions asked, prescriptions filled, talk to their PCP. There is also no place for growth as an MA, no tiers.
