Pros
Benefits are probably the best reason to work here , followed by location and access to public transportation.most of the employees are friendly with a top class President of the Health Center in Mr. Lopes! A Amazing gentleman with nothing but class #1 who never wavered from where he started from.
Cons
Alot of department turmoil among co -workers and supervision ! Hard to get issues resolved within. Administration tends to look down on their employees ( with the exception of the President) and seems side with department management over their staff in certain departments ! Pay rate could be a bit better! The health center seems to care more about their own bottom line as a pose to their long time dedicated employees! The so called "open door policy" doesn't exist here!
