Pros

Lots of training opportunities and great benefits package. Close to great schools and community centers. Plenty of parks nearby as well. Close knit departments provide supportive coworkers and teamwork environment.

Cons

Difficult to move up in the organization, lots of commute between program and service sites. Lots of turnover of support staff and few opportunities to meet employees in other departments of the organization.
